Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Adrielle ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Adrielle is an Australian-registered business (ABN issued) with a business address at Office 3430, Ground Floor, 470 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004.

2. Services

Adrielle provides AI-powered and human-assisted fulfilment services including automation setup, creative production, and Shopify optimisation. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed via Stripe. For one-time jobs, payment is collected at checkout. For subscriptions, payment is collected at the start of each billing cycle. All sales are final unless a deliverable fails to meet the agreed scope, in which case we will revise or refund at our discretion.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests must relate to the original brief — new requirements constitute a new job.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables produced for your job. Adrielle retains the right to use anonymised work samples in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit jobs that involve:

• Illegal content or activities
• Spam, fraud, or deceptive marketing
• Harassment or targeted harm
• Violation of third-party intellectual property

Adrielle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any job that violates these terms, with a full refund issued.

7. Limitation of liability

Adrielle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
